How long will my order take to arrive?~Standard online orders are normally despatched within 7 working days and orders where payment has been made by cheque are normally despatched within 7 working days. You should allow up to 4 working days from despatch for delivery in the UK or 21 working days for Southern Ireland.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Courier and we send an email to confirm despatch so you know to expect your order soon after. A signature is required upon delivery and for this reason we cannot arrange for your parcel to be left in, for example, a shed or garage. If you are not available when delivery is attempted then a card will be left to advise and your package taken to a local depot. It is vital you collect your order within 7 days from a postal depot or 5 days from a courier depot (or arrange for redelivery) otherwise your order will be returned to us as unclaimed. Orders returned to us under these circumstances will be liable to a redelivery fee or will be refunded less our standard shipping charge regardless of order value. If, for any reason, we cannot complete a part of your order, we will issue a refund according to your original payment method but we will always contact you as soon as possible if there are any problems.
