I placed an order but have not received acknowledgement - why?~As soon as you finish making your payment, you are sent two emails; one from us to acknowledge receipt of your order along with all the order details and one from Barclays Bank, our payment service provider, to confirm your payment. If you do not receive these emails, please check your Spam or Bulk email folder just in case they were delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the email, mark it Not Spam and future messages should reach you.
If you are still unable to find these emails then it may be that your order was unsuccessful. This can be for a number of reasons such as a loss of internet connection when you made your order.
